Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line broiler pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup of the ketchup, the parsley, onion, salt, pepper and egg. Shape meat mixture into 32 (1 1/4-inch) meatballs, placing 1 potato nugget in center of each. Place meatballs in pan.
- Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- In large serving bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup ketchup and the brown sugar. Add hot cooked meatballs, tossing to coat completely. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Saute onions, mushrooms and sno pea pods in olive oil until tender
- 3. Mix meats with dry ingredients then add sauted veggies and mix.
- 4. Add wet ingredients: milk, eggs, and tomato soup and mix well.
- 5. Pour mix into large loaf pan and level so it is evenly spread out.
- 6. Cook in preheated oven at 350 for 1/2 to 1 hour or unitl center is done. Let sit for about 10 minutes before cutting. Will be slightly pink colored due to soup so don't over cook. We had this with scored potatoes and fresh carrotts,
- 7. The next day we made sandwiches for lunch with it cold. Delicious with a little spicy mustard or ketchup.
