1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275degreesF.
  • Combine oats, coconut, almonds, pecans, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Combine syrup, water and oil in a medium bowl or large measuring cup and pour over the oat mixture; stir until well combined. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup

4 c instant 1 minute rolled oats
1 c chopped pecans
3/4 c shredded coconut
1/2 c dark brown sugar
1/2 c + 4 tablespoons real maple syrup
1/4 c + 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 c chopped dates
1/2 c dried cranberries

  • 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl mix all ingredients well so all they are all evenly coated. Pour on to a large cookie sheet with sides and bake at 250 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
