MANGO CREAM DIP
This is my adopted recipe from Recipe Zaar's foundling children. But it's something I have been making for a long time. This is an appetizer that you can put together on a moment's notice with just two ingredients. But it tastes so good that it's hard to believe how easy it is to prepare! If it's too much work to blend the 2 ingredients, just plop the cream cheese on a plate & "frost" it with the chutney, and use it as a spread for crackers.

Tips:
- Select ripe mangoes: Use ripe mangoes for a sweeter and more flavorful chutney.
- Chop the mangoes finely: This will help the chutney to cook evenly and prevent it from becoming too chunky.
- Use a variety of spices: The combination of spices in this recipe creates a complex and flavorful chutney. Feel free to adjust the amount of each spice to suit your taste.
- Cook the chutney over low heat: This will help to prevent the chutney from burning and will allow the flavors to develop fully.
- Let the chutney cool completely before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld together and will make the chutney easier to spread.
Conclusion:
This mango chutney crab spread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. The sweet and tangy chutney is the perfect complement to the delicate flavor of the crab. Serve this spread with crackers, bread, or vegetables for a party or potluck, or enjoy it as a quick and easy meal.
