2 ounces mango nectar or juice
Sliced mango, for garnish

Steps:

  • Choose ripe mangoes: The best mangoes for bellinis are ripe but not overripe. They should have a slight give when you press them and be fragrant.
  • Chill your ingredients: All of the ingredients for a mango bellini should be chilled before making the drink. This will help to create a refreshing and flavorful cocktail.
  • Use a good quality sparkling wine: The type of sparkling wine you use will have a big impact on the flavor of your bellini. Choose a sparkling wine that you enjoy drinking on its own.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking: If you find that your bellini is too sweet, you can add a bit of club soda or sparkling water to taste. You can also add a bit of lime juice to balance out the sweetness.
  • Garnish with a mango slice: A fresh mango slice is a classic garnish for a mango bellini. It adds a pop of color and flavor to the drink.

Conclusion:

A mango bellini is a refreshing and flavorful cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a delicious and impressive cocktail, give the mango bellini a try.
