1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (10 ounce) can black beans

Steps:

  • Drain oranges, reserving 1/2 tbsp per serving of the liquid.
