  • Choose the Right Cut of Meat: Select pork steaks with a good amount of marbling for added flavor and tenderness.
  • Tenderize the Pork: Use a meat tenderizer or mallet to break down the fibers and ensure a more tender result.
  • Marinate the Pork: Marinating the pork in the flavorful marinade for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight, infuses it with delicious flavors.
  • Cook Over Medium-High Heat: Grill the pork steaks over medium-high heat to create a nice sear and lock in the juices.
  • Monitor the Internal Temperature: Use a meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature of the pork steaks, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
