Tips:
- Choose Fresh Mahi-Mahi: Opt for firm and brightly colored fillets with a mild, slightly sweet smell.
- Season Wisely: Before cooking, season the fish with salt, pepper, and other herbs or spices of your choice.
- Don't Overcook: Mahi-mahi cooks quickly. Overcooking can make it dry and tough, so cook it just until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Use Quality Ingredients: Fresh tomatoes, briny olives, and flavorful olive oil will elevate the dish.
- Adjust Heat Level: If you prefer a spicier sauce, add more crushed red pepper or chili flakes.
- Serve with Sides: Pair the fish with roasted vegetables, steamed rice, or a side salad for a complete meal.
- Garnish Elegantly: Before serving, garnish the dish with chopped parsley, basil, or lemon zest for an extra touch of color and flavor.
