LOWFAT TURKEY BURGER RECIPE

Lowfat Turkey Burger Recipe image

Love these. Very high in protein, low in fat. This was originally a hamburger recipe but I changed it a bit to work for turkey breast. The onions make these burgers awesome so be sure and include them. These arn't really for grilling more for baking because they don't hold together well. Does work alright if they are frozen first.

ACTUALLY DELICIOUS TURKEY BURGERS

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers image

This is a simple and delicious recipe. After making them the first time my husband said 'no more' to beef burgers. These are really good - any cooking method may be used, and they freeze very well. The recipe can also be used for meatballs or meat loaves.

  • Add healthy toppings: Load your turkey burgers with healthy toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.
  • Make a turkey burger bowl: If you're looking for a lower-carb option, serve your turkey burger on a bed of lettuce or quinoa instead of a bun.
