½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ cup quick cook oats

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. This includes using fresh oats, butter, and eggs.
  • Do Not Overmix the Batter: Overmixing the batter can result in a tough, dense texture. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the Dough: Chilling the dough before baking helps to prevent spreading and ensures a more even bake.
  • Bake at the Right Temperature: Follow the recipe's instructions carefully and use an oven thermometer to ensure accurate temperature.
