- 1. In a bowl, beat the egg an milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well.
- 2. Recipe says to shape into eight or nine loaves. I prefer to shape it into 4 loaves. Can freeze 2 for another meal. Placed in greased baking pan.
- 3. Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spoon over the loaves. Yummy.
- 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no longer pink. If using a thermometer, cook to 160 degrees.
