Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken: Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs for this recipe. These cuts are lean and cook quickly, making them ideal for a weeknight meal.
  • Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs will help to infuse it with flavor and keep it moist during grilling.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat: This will help to prevent the chicken from burning on the outside and ensure that it cooks evenly throughout.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken: The chicken is done cooking when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the chicken with a variety of sides: Roasted vegetables, grilled fruit, or a simple salad are all great options.

Conclusion:

This lemon-herb chicken recipe is a healthy and delicious way to enjoy chicken. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs, which gives it a bright and flavorful taste. Grilling the chicken helps to lock in the juices and create a slightly crispy exterior. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.
