2 pounds ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 cans (28 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (16 ounces each) hot chili beans, undrained
2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (11 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
2 envelopes taco seasoning
2 packages (13 ounces each) spicy nacho-flavored tortilla chips
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, onions and green peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes (mixture will be thin). , In each of 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes, layer 5 cups of chips and 4-2/3 cups of meat mixture. Repeat layers. 3 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
3 cups salsa
1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
6 cups tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in 2 cups cheese, salsa, corn, sour cream, chili powder and cumin; mix well. , Pour half into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with half of the chips; repeat layers. 1 onion, chopped
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (15 ounce) jar salsa
1 (12 ounce) bag tortilla chips
¼ cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 chopped green onions
1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced avocado
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon taco sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan; set aside.

1/4 c water
1 can(s) refried beans, vegetarian style canned (Rosarita preferred), 30 oz.

sour cream (optional)
guacamole (optional)
tomatoes, diced or salsa
tortilla chips, baked

1 (14.25 ounce) can refried beans
8 ounces corn tortilla chips
1 ½ cups grated pepper Jack cheese
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ cup sour cream

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

1 lb ground meat, any type
1 bottle ortega taco sauce
1 can(s) refried beans
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag(s) nacho flavored tortilla chips
black olives, jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes

Steps:

  • 1. If using raw meat, brown meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain meat and return to skillet.
  • 2. Add taco sauce to meat, and let simmer until meat mixture has thickened; about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Pour meat mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish, and spread along bottom of dish.
  • 4. Spread refried beans evenly over the top of the meat mixture.
