Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together by hand and let sit overnight in the fridge.
- Serve with celery sticks, jicima, cucumbers, carrots and other veggies of your choice.
Tips:
- Ensure the chicken is adequately cooked: Verify that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) to guarantee it's safe for consumption.
- Save time with pre-cooked chicken: If you're short on time, consider using pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
- Use fresh ginger for optimal flavor: Fresh ginger delivers a more intense and aromatic flavor compared to ground ginger. If you don't have fresh ginger on hand, use half the amount of ground ginger as a substitute.
- Adjust the spice level to your preference: If you prefer a milder dip, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper or omit it altogether. For a spicier kick, you can increase the cayenne pepper or add a pinch of chili powder.
- Use a quality cream cheese: Opt for a full-fat cream cheese to ensure a rich and creamy texture for the dip.
- Chill the dip before serving: Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and develop.
- Accompany the dip with a variety of dippers: Offer a selection of dippers such as crackers, pita chips, vegetable crudités, or wonton wrappers to complement the dip.

With its creamy texture and a hint of spice, this dip is sure to impress your guests. The layering technique adds visual appeal and makes it easy to customize with your favorite toppings.
