HOW TO MAKE MOCK DEVONSHIRE (CLOTTED) CREAM
Steps:
- Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth. Add butter and beat. Add sour cream and beat once more until smooth. Serve on fresh scones. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for about a week. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or so before serving.
KNOCK 'YOU' OFF CASK & CREAM
Some years ago I tired of Bailey's Irish Cream and discovered Cask & Cream. It didn't seem so icky and Bailey's was ubiquitous. I could not even walk into a 7-11 without smelling it from the coffee pots. So I set about to make my own Cask & Cream. You can tweak this but I have found this to be the best standard I could come up with. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix all together by hand or in a blender and store in refridgerator. I prefer a very clean glass jar.
- I would give this a week to 'cure.'.
- This will keep for weeks and weeks.
KNOCK YOU NAKED BROWNIES
I'm not sure if this recipe originated with Loretta LaRoche, a humorist/stress management consultant, but it ends with her quote. In any case, it's the easiest, quickest, most heavenly chocolate delight you can imagine. (No bowl...almost no stir) Lock the door & turn on the oven, honey!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 T. cocoa in a greased 8" x 8" glass baking dish. (I use a disposable aluminum pan sprayed with PAM.) Stir in the milk (or half & half) and vanilla until blended.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. DO NOT STIR!
- Sprinkle nuts over the top, if desired. Pour hot water over the top and DO NOT STIR!
- Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. The top will look and taste like a brownie, but underneath will be a YUMMERS rich hot chocolate sauce. If you serve it with vanilla ice cream, it's so good it'll Knock you Naked! (See why you locked the door?).
- In the words of Loretta LaRoche, "Life is short, so wear your party pants!".

Tips:
- Choose high-quality ingredients: Use real cream, good-quality chocolate, and fresh berries for the best flavor.
- Chill the cream before whipping: This will help it whip up more quickly and hold its shape better.
- Don't over-whip the cream: Over-whipped cream will become stiff and grainy.
- Add the chocolate slowly to the whipped cream: This will help prevent the chocolate from seizing.
- Chill the cask cream before serving: This will help it set and hold its shape.
- Garnish the cask cream with fresh berries or chocolate shavings before serving.
Conclusion:
Knock You Off Cask Cream is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its rich, creamy texture and chocolatey flavor, this dessert is sure to please everyone. Whether you are looking for a special dessert to serve at a party or a simple treat to enjoy at home, Knock You Off Cask Cream is the perfect choice.
