3-4 pineapple rings
1 onion
1 c mixed vege
6 slice shaved ham
2 slice salami
1/2 capsicum
1/2 jar(s) potato salad dressing
pinch salt n pepper

  • 1. Boil pasta, drain n sit. Dice pineapple rings n capsicum. Boil n drain mixed vege. Peel n dice onion, boil with mixed vege. Finely chop ham n salami. Season Combine all in bowl, stir in dressing. Serve chilled.
  • 2. Due to personal dislike for packet mixed vege I prefer to do my own, boiled peas, corn, celery n a little capsicum.
