2 ¾ cups bread flour
¼ cup canola oil
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
18 tablespoons warm water

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread cycle; press Start.

Tips:

  • Use good quality ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will make a big difference in the final flavor and texture of your Kamish bread.
  • Follow the recipe carefully: This recipe is tried and tested, so it's important to follow the instructions carefully. If you make any substitutions or changes, your bread may not turn out as expected.
  • Don't overwork the dough: Overworking the dough will make it tough and chewy. Knead it just until it comes together and is smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: A warm place will help the dough to rise quickly and evenly. If your kitchen is cool, you can place the dough in a warm oven with the light on.
  • Bake the bread at a high temperature: A high temperature will help to create a crispy crust and a fluffy interior.
  • Cool the bread completely before slicing: Slicing the bread while it is still warm will make it gummy. Let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.

Conclusion:

Kamish bread is a delicious and versatile bread that can be used for sandwiches, toast, or as a side dish. It's easy to make and can be made with ingredients that you probably already have on hand. So next time you're looking for a new bread to try, give Kamish bread a try!
