CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, AND CHEDDAR CASSEROLE
Super comfort food, but kinda healthy because it has broccoli in it, right? My grandmother passed this chicken and Cheddar recipe down and it is a family favorite. After the first time I made it, I went on a casserole kick and made it twice a week for 3 months straight! I typically serve this over rice, but it is just as great by itself. Last time I didn't make rice, but served it with bread.

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your casserole. Look for fresh broccoli florets, tender chicken breasts, and a flavorful cheese blend.
- Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken can easily become dry and tough if it's overcooked. Cook it just until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use a good-quality cheese blend: The cheese is one of the main flavor components in this casserole, so don't skimp on it. Use a blend of sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses for the best flavor.
- Don't be afraid to add your own personal touch: This recipe is a great starting point, but feel free to add your own favorite ingredients or seasonings. Some popular additions include diced red peppers, mushrooms, or a dash of garlic powder.
Conclusion:
Joleen's Chicken Broccoli Casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal.
