1 1/2 cups jiffy mix baking mix
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons soft shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients, beat for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into lightly greased 8" pan.
  • Bake 25- 30 minutes.

1 large carton of cool whip
1 c chopped walnuts

  • 1. Mix cake per box directions, Place in 13x9 pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven. Let cool. Soften cheese, Add milk and mix, Add pudding and beat til mixed. Pour over cool cake. Add pineapple to top of pudding and cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts. refrigerate.
