1 large egg
3 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp onion flakes, dehydrated
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 c italian bread crumbs,dry
1/4 tsp each of oregano and crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 lb ground pork
MEATLOAF TOPPING
1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c ketchup
1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. In a medium bowl mix well the first 9 ingredients,then add pork and mixing well again.
  • 3. Shape into a loaf and place into a small greased rectangular baking dish.
  • 4. Mix together topping ingredients, and pour over meatloaf.
  • 5. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink.

10 ounces ground sirloin
3 tablespoons tomato sauce, divided
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Combine sirloin, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, onion, oats, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until just incorporated. Form into 2 small loaves that are approximately 4 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide.
  • Lightly spray the inner basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Add the 2 loaves, without touching one another, and lightly brush the tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.
  • Air-fry meatloaves until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 165 degrees F (73 degrees C), 17 to 20 minutes.

1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
¾ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
