ITALIAN SAUSAGE W/ POTATOES & PEPPERS
This classic Italian recipe is one my husband and I make when we want a hearty meal, but don't want to fuss. It takes almost no time to throw together, and, although additional seasoning can be added, it is flavorful and satisfying as is. We usually serve this with some type of bread, and fruit or a simple dessert.
