Tips:

- For the best results, use Yukon Gold or russet potatoes. They have a high starch content, which helps the pancakes hold together. - Make sure the potatoes are peeled and grated very finely. This will help them cook evenly. - If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. If it's too thin, add a little more flour. - Be careful not to overcrowd the pan when cooking the pancakes. This will prevent them from cooking evenly. - Serve the pancakes hot with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include curry-lime yogurt, chutney, or tamarind sauce.

Conclusion:

Indian potato pancakes are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're also a great way to use up leftover potatoes. With a few simple ingredients, you can make these tasty pancakes in no time. So next time you're looking for a new potato recipe, give these Indian potato pancakes a try. You won't be disappointed!
