Tips:

  • Make sure your apples are peeled and sliced thinly. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from becoming mushy.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the pie tough.
  • Be careful not to overcook the pie. The filling should be bubbly and the crust should be golden brown.
  • Let the pie cool slightly before serving. This will help the filling to set and make it easier to slice.
  • Serve the pie with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.

Conclusion:

This Oktoberfest pie is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any fall gathering. With its flaky crust, sweet apple filling, and streusel topping, this pie is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give this Oktoberfest pie a try.
