ZIPPY CURRY DIP
Everyone eats their vegetables when this creamy dip is served alongside them. The curry flavor gets stronger the longer the dip stands, so I like to make it in advance. -Priscilla Steffke, Wausau, Wisconsin

COPYCAT TASTEFULLY SIMPLE - GARLIC GARLIC DIP
I have not tried this yet, I found it on wittyliving.com and adapted it to include far less salt. The original called for an entire tablespoon of salt, and I imagined eating play-doh. I hope this is as delecious as the original. Update, I have since tried a few variants of this, with no real success. Each batch seems to come out thick and pasty, instead of creamy, even with a decrease of the dry ingredients. I was actually hoping to delete this recipe, but cannot find that option. Sorry.

Tips:
- Choose the right type of curry paste. For a hot curry dip, use a red or green curry paste. For a milder dip, use a yellow curry paste.
- Use fresh ingredients. The fresher the ingredients, the better the dip will taste. Use fresh garlic, ginger, and herbs.
- Don't be afraid to adjust the recipe to your taste. If you like it hotter, add more curry paste. If you like it milder, add more yogurt or coconut milk.
