MIDDLE EASTERN CHICKEN KEBABS IN HONEY-SOY MARINADE
The delicious honey-soy marinade with the garlic makes them special. You could try adding cherry tomatoes or mushrooms. Or use shrimps instead and add pineapple. If you don't grill them too hot you can put the veggies and meat on the same skewers without burning the veggies.

FANTASTIC CHICKEN WINGS WITH HONEY-SOY GARLIC GLAZE
I have made these many times in the past for my parties and there is never any left everyone loves these and I always get asked for the recipe! If you are serving this for a get together I suggest to double the recipe to make 40 wings --- plan ahead the wings have to marinate for 24 hours, frozen thawed wings retain more moisture it is best to use fresh chicken for this --- make certain to have lots of napkins when you serve these!

HONEY SOY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
This is out of "The Backyard Barbecue Cookbook" We don't really care for drumsticks so I used this on skinless chicken breasts. Worked great. I have it marked "excellent!" in the book. You can add a little chili sauce if you prefer it hotter. Hope you enjoy! Cooking time does include 1 hour marinating.

SOY-HONEY CHICKEN WITH LEMON BROCCOLI RECIPE - (4.5/5)
Provided by ltrodrigu
Number Of Ingredients 10
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, toss chicken with garlic, a generous pinch of black pepper, orange zest and half the lemon zest. Rub seasoning all over chicken. In a medium baking dish, mix soy sauce, honey and lemon juice until honey dissolves. Lay chicken in marinade, flesh-side down, and marinate at least 10 minutes. (If marinating more than 1 hour, make sure marinade doesn't cover skin.) Remove chicken from marinade and transfer to a roasting pan, skin-side up. Lightly brush marinade over chicken, then transfer to oven. Reserve marinade. Roast until just cooked through, about 25 minutes. Brush chicken with marinade twice during roasting. Meanwhile, toss broccoli with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Place in a microwave-safe bowl and cover tightly with two layers of plastic wrap. Microwave on high until broccoli is tender but still has some crunch, 2-3 minutes. Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl. Top with remaining lemon zest. Serve broccoli alongside chicken. Drizzle chicken pan juices over top.
AMY'S EASY SOY SAUCE HONEY CHICKEN
My friend Amy got this from one of her business school friends. She said her kids love, love, love this chicken so I am sharing. We love it too. I used 1/2 cup of oil instead of the full cup. When I cut the recipe in half, I use only 1/4 cup of oil.

HONEY SOY BAKED CHICKEN (MARINADE TOO)
Categories Chicken
Number Of Ingredients 1
Steps:
- In a shallow bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, green onions, cooking oil, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and ginger. Mix well and set aside. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Trim off any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper then transfer chicken to the bowl with the marinade. Cover and marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes if time allows (or overnight). Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Transfer chicken along with the marinade to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping twice while baking to ensure the chicken doesn't dry out on top. Broil for 5 minutes at high heat until golden browned and slightly charred on the edges. Chicken should have an internal temp of 165°F (or 70°C). Garnish with parsley and optional sesame seeds. Serve chicken with pan juices over steamed rice, cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, regular noodles or mashed potatoes.
Tips:
- Choose the right chicken: Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts for a tender and juicy result.
- Make sure to marinate the chicken: This will help to infuse it with flavor and keep it moist during cooking.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: Cook the chicken in batches if necessary to avoid steaming instead of frying.
- Cook the chicken until it's cooked through: Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
- Make the honey soy sauce ahead of time: This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
- Serve the chicken immediately: This dish is best enjoyed hot and fresh.
Conclusion:
This honey soy chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the honey soy sauce is flavorful and addictive. Serve it with rice, noodles, or vegetables for a complete meal.
