1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 portions)
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Season All
6 pieces bacon (fried crisp and cut in half)
1 cup sliced mushrooms ( (canned or in a jar, drained))
3 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 teaspoons chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Blend ingredients for the honey mustard until smooth and free from lumps. The corn syrup may be adjusted depending on how sharp the mustard might be or to your taste.
  • Rub chicken breasts with Seasonal All and set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
  • While the chicken is marinating, fry the bacon until crisp and drain it.
  • Sauté the chicken in a pan over medium heat with just enough oil to prevent sticking.

2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons yellow mustard

1/2 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sauteed in
butter
salt and pepper
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Prepare marinade in small bowl and then cover chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours. Save small amount for basting.
  • Preheat oven to 375. In saute pan heat oil and then add breasts to sear on both sides cooking about 4 to 5 mnutes on each side.

1/4 cup mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1 (1 g) packet Sweet 'n Low

Steps:

  • Wash and pat dry Chicken Breasts.
  • Mix~ mustard, honey and sweet n low packet in a measuring cup.
  • Poke Chicken breasts with fork to make holes for absorption of liquid mixture.
  • Cover Chicken with half of Mustard mixture
  • Pour remaining Mustard mixture into a regular skillet.
  • Place chicken in skillet on med heat and cover.
  • Flip chicken after 10 minutes then re-cover and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup honey
½ cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
