1 jar (16 ounces) Alfredo sauce
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, milk and garlic powder. Pour a fourth of the mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with a fourth of the potatoes; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper., In a large bowl, combine the turkey, broccoli and 1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese; spoon a third over potatoes. 1 boneless beef chuck roast (4 pounds), trimmed
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup water
1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup chopped green pepper
2/3 cup chopped onion
8 medium red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup refrigerated Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced chives

Steps:

  • Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the gravy mix, dressing mix and water; pour over roast. Top with peppers and onion.
