1. **Use low-fat cream cheese.** This will help to reduce the overall fat and calorie content of the cheesecake without sacrificing flavor. 2. **Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.** Greek yogurt is a healthier alternative to sour cream that is also high in protein. 3. **Use graham cracker crumbs made from whole wheat or oat flour.** This will make the crust healthier and more nutritious. 4. **Sweeten the cheesecake with honey or maple syrup instead of sugar.** Honey and maple syrup are natural sweeteners that are lower in calories and have a lower glycemic index than sugar. 5. **Top the cheesecake with fresh fruit or berries instead of whipped cream.** This will add a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to the dessert.

Conclusion:

This healthier version of Chantal's New York Cheesecake is a delicious and satisfying dessert that can be enjoyed without guilt.
