3 slice bacon diced
1 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion diced
4 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1/2 c pineapple juice
1 can(s) corn drained
1 can(s) peas drained
1 can(s) tomato soup
6 oz tomato paste
1 can(s) favorite beer

Steps:

  • 1. In dutch oven add butter and bacon. Cook until bacon starts to brown. Add spam and onions cook until spam starts to brown. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
