1/2 cup feta cheese
DRESSING:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 t. red wine vinegar
1 t. lemon juice
2 t. sugar
1t. lemon juice
½ t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. minced shallot

Steps:
