1 pound ground beef or you could use Italian sausage
2 cups uncooked rotini pasta (cooked)
1 cup chopped green onion or regular onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 (14.5 ounccan diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 (8 ounccan tomato sauce
1 (4 ounccan sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil or could use fresh
1 (8 ouncpackage cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper in skillet on top of the stove and drain if needed. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and basil to skillet and heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Spread pasta in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Cover with hamburger mixture. Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream by mixing together with a spoon and then spread over top of hamburger in casserole. Sprinkle on cheese. 1/4 c butter, unsalted
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lb ground hamburger
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
8 oz cooked macaroni
1 can(s) 3 oz mushroom - drained
1 can(s) tomato soup
1-2 can(s) rotel
1/2 c grated italian cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Saute the green pepper, onion and butter until slightly brown. Use a saute pan that will hold all ingredients above except the macaroni noodles and cheese
  • 2. Add Hamburger and cook till hamburger is no longer pink. Drain.
  • 3. Add all spices to the pan. Add worcestershire, soup, rotel, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir and heat for about 3-5 minutes. (NOTE: If you like spicy then use two cans of Rotel. If not just use one.)
  • 4. Add cooked macaroni to a large casserole dish. Pour pan mixture onto noodles and gently stir to combine all together. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 5. Bake in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rolls or crusty french bread and a salad.

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

Steps:

  • Gently toss together the chuck and sirloin in a large bowl, making sure not to overwork the mixture.

Vegetable oil, for the grill
4 semolina rolls, split
2 cups baby arugula
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup fresh ricotta cheese

  • Preheat a grill to medium high. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, add the salami in a single layer and cook, turning once, until crisp, about 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels.
