- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. - 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 3 quart casserole dish. In a medium skillet brown onions and pepper in butter until soft. In a bowl, mix soups with sour cream, stir in pepper, onion mixture and ham.
