1 package (28 ounces) frozen steak fries
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1-1/2 cups diced fully cooked ham
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange fries in a greased 3-qt. baking dish; layer with broccoli and then ham. Combine soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth; pour over ham. , Cover and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes longer or until bubbly.

1 - 30 oz ( 1 pound) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
2 can(s) 1- (10/ 34) ounce and 1- (14 3/4) ounce cans of cream of potato soup
1/2 c onion, finely chopped
1 - 16 oz sour cream
2 c shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c grated, parmesan cheese
8 - 10 oz cooked ham, cubed
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, soups, onion, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 cups shredded mild yellow cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, DIVIDED
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 lbs diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
