5 large potatoes (about 4 pounds), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk
1-1/3 cups roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place potatoes in a large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. ½ cup butter, melted

¼ cup bread crumbs
