Tips:

  • Choose fresh grouper fillets. Look for fillets that are firm and white, with no signs of discoloration or spoilage.
  • Make sure your sauce is thick enough. The sauce should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. If it's too thin, add a little more cornstarch or flour.
  • Don't overcook the fish. Grouper is a delicate fish, so it's important not to overcook it. Cook it just until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve the fish immediately. Grouper is best served immediately after it is cooked. The sauce will thicken as it cools, so if you wait to serve it, the fish may become dry.

Conclusion:

Grouper with Lemon White Sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The fish is cooked in a flavorful sauce made with lemon, butter, and white wine. It is then served over rice or pasta. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
