1-2 pkg kielbasa
1 large onion
1 green bell peppers
1 corn on the cob
1 zucchini
1 tomato
1 bottle Italian salad dressing, 24 oz.
6-12 skewers

Steps:

  • 1. Cut kielbasa into 1" slices. Cut onion, bell peppers, corn on the cob, zucchini, tomato and ANY other of your favorite veggies you like int 1/2" to 1" chunks depending on how fast that veggie might cook. For example, the tomato will cook fast so cut into 1" chunk; corn can be cut into 2-3" pieces.
  • 2. Place all the cut up vegetables and kielbasa into a large glass bowl. Pour the entire bottle of Italian salad dressing over it all. Mix so everything is coated and let marinate for at least a half-hour.
  • 3. Start your BBQ. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 10 minutes before using.
  • 4. Skewer the kielbasa and the vegetable, alternating meat and vegetables however you desire.
  • 5. Place on oiled or sprayed grill. Grill for about 10 minutes.
  • 6. Basically until your vegetables are done to your liking. Remove and serve. These go nicely with rice or pasta salad

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 small yellow summer squash, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 small zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine potatoes and water. Cover and microwave on high until tender, 6-8 minutes; drain and set aside. For glaze, combine the honey, mustard and orange zest in a small bowl., On 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the sausage, potatoes, yellow squash and zucchini; brush with half of the glaze. , On a lightly oiled grill rack, grill kabobs, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through, 10-16 minutes, basting frequently with glaze.

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 3/4-inch slices

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first five ingredients; add chicken and sausage. 2 pounds good-quality kielbasa or other smoked sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Serving suggestion: Tangy Corn Relish, recipe follows
2 ears corn
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet piquante peppers
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet gherkins
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 red jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Soak 8 to 10 wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill to medium and brush with the oil. Thread the sausage onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece. Grill until slightly crisp, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Steps:

  • Whisk oil, garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, Sherry wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper in medium bowl to blend for glaze. Transfer half of glaze to small bowl and reserve for serving.

1 large green bell pepper, cubed large

3 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or 3 1/2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
