1 lb mushroom
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil (or olive and corn mixed)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 medium garlic clove, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 -3 bay leaves

2 -3 lbs fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup vinegar (white, red wine, or rice)
1/2 cup olive oil
5 -6 fresh garlic cloves, sliced
1 tablespoon salt
dill (fresh or dried (fresh is best)
1 dash allspice or 1 dash a few cloves whole allspice
