Tips:

  • Choose the right green chiles. Anaheim, poblano, or Hatch green chiles are all good choices. Roasting the chiles will enhance their flavor.
  • Use a good quality beef broth. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the dip. You can use store-bought or homemade broth.
  • Don't overcook the beef. Cook it just until it is tender. Overcooked beef will be tough and chewy.
  • Use a slow cooker. This is the easiest way to make this dip. Just throw all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve the dip with your favorite toppings. Some popular choices include shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and salsa.

Conclusion:

Green chili beef dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for parties or game days. It is also a great way to use up leftover beef. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can enjoy this tasty dip at home.
