Tips:

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Always use fresh and high-quality ingredients for the best flavor and texture.
  • Choose the Right Oats: Use rolled oats or old-fashioned oats for a chewy texture. Quick oats will result in a softer granola.
  • Customize Your Granola: Feel free to add your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruits, or spices to create a unique granola blend.
  • Toast Your Oats: Toasting the oats before baking enhances their flavor and gives them a golden brown color.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Pan: Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet to ensure even baking and prevent clumping.
  • Watch the Baking Time: Keep an eye on the granola while baking to avoid overcooking. It should be golden brown but not burnt.
  • Let the Granola Cool Completely: Allow the granola to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container. This will help it retain its crispy texture.
