Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 F, lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray. In large storage plastic food bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. You will have quite a bit of sugar/cinnamon mixture left over, but with this much, it will coat the biscuit pieces very well. You can use the left over sugar mixture for cinnamon toast!
- 2. Separate dough into 16 biscuits, cut each into quarters. shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan, adding nuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces.
- 3. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and 3/4 cup melted butter; quickly pour over pieces trying to coat as many as you can!
- 4. Bake at least 30 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving plate. pull apart to serve. Serve warm! Double YUM!

GRANDS MONKEY BREAD (STOLEN)
I did steal this from a grands biscuit package--BUT I hope they don't mind! I didn't use the raisns or walnuts in mine--It;s just a matter of taste.. My youngest son doesn't like either--But I think PECANS would also be good, instead of walnuts. This has a very carmely flavor and pecans go with carmel! I hope you enjoy!!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 12 -cup fluted tube pan with shortening or pan spray--( personally I like to use more butter). In a Large plastic food bag, mix Granulated Sugar and Cinnimon. Mix brown sugar and butter in seperate container.
- 2. Seperate the canned buscuits into 16 and cut each one into quarters. Place a little at a time in the bag and shake to coat with the cinnomon sugar. Place a good layer in bottom of pan and add Walnuts and Rasins in desired-then add a little bit of butter/brown sugar mix on top of that. Continue until all are done. Topping off with the butter/brown sugar mixture.. IF YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA - sugar/cinnimon left add a little more butter if needed and add to it and pour on top also.. This gives a little more flavor.
- 3. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden and no longer doughy in the center. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)..Cool in pan for about 10 minutes.. then turn upside down on a serving tray and pull apart to serve.. BEST served warm. But also good cooled to room temp.

Tips:
- Use fresh, ripe bananas for the best flavor and texture.
- Overripe bananas can be used to make a sweeter monkey bread.
- If you don't have Grands biscuits, you can use regular-sized biscuits and cut them into fourths.
- The cinnamon sugar mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container.
- You can use any type of pan you like to bake the monkey bread in, but a bundt pan or a tube pan works well.
- Be careful not to overcook the monkey bread, or it will become dry.
- Serve the monkey bread warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Conclusion:
Monkey bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its soft, fluffy biscuits and sweet, gooey filling, it's sure to be a hit with people of all ages. So next time you're looking for a fun and festive dessert, give monkey bread a try.
