2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder*
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
Optional: chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x5" bread pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and ground cinnamon, mixing until bananas are fairly smooth and ingredients are thoroughly combined.

1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, softened or melted
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs or chia egg for a vegan version (1 Tbsp ground chia + 3 Tbsp water)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Steps:
