1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, mustard, garlic pepper and seasoned salt. Add pork chops, one at a time, and dredge to coat. 4 each pork chops
3 Tablespoons butter
2 each Apples
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola
1 tablespoon oil (canola)
1 tablespoon minced garlic, shallots, onion Trader Joe's - optional
1 teaspoon brown sugar optional

Steps:

  • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan. Add garlic, shallots, onion if using. Saute until softened and fragrant. Add pork chops. Brown for 5-7 minutes per side. 2 pork tenderloins (3/4 pound each)

1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon butter

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Additional Gorgonzola cheese crumbles, optional
