  • Use a variety of oats. This will give your granola a more complex flavor and texture. You can use old-fashioned oats, quick oats, or steel-cut oats.
  • Add nuts and seeds for extra crunch and flavor. Some popular choices include almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
  • Sweeten your granola with honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar. You can also add dried fruit, such as raisins, cranberries, or cherries, for a natural sweetness.
  • Spice up your granola with cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger. You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  • Bake your granola at a low temperature for a longer period of time. This will help to ensure that it is evenly roasted and crispy.
