6 pork chops, boneless
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1-10.75oz. can(s) golden mushroom soup
1/2 c water
1 beef bouillon cube

Steps:

  • 1. Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of oil. Remove from pan and brown pork chops in the same pan.
  • 2. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to onions and mushrooms. Mix together and spoon over pork chops.
  • 3. Cook on low for 6 hours or until tender. Can thicken gravy, if desired, after removing pork chops from the slow cooker.

10 center-cut boneless pork chops, trimmed

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
salt and ground black pepper to taste
