1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup 2% milk
4-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 15x10x1-in. baking pan., In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. In a small saucepan, combine butter and water; bring just to a boil.
