Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your turtle bars. Look for chocolate that is at least 70% cacao.
  • Don't overbake the bars. They should be set, but still slightly gooey in the center. If you overbake them, they will be dry and crumbly.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to hold their shape.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature. They will keep for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Gluten-free turtle bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a pecan shortbread crust, a chocolate caramel filling, and a chocolate ganache topping. These bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
