1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup gluten-free flour blend
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:
