2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c pecan halves
1/2 c cashews, unsalted
1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1. line a baking sheet with foil. Grease the foil and set aside.
  • 2. Melt butter and sugar in heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is a golden color.
