Number Of Ingredients 5

2 handfuls baby spinach
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
2 cups frozen sliced peaches
2 teaspoons honey
1 1/4 cups water

Steps:

  • Toss into blender.

Nutrition Facts : Calories 92 g, Fiber 2 g, Protein 2 g

Tips:

  • Choose ripe, juicy peaches: The quality of your peaches will greatly affect the flavor of your milkshake. Look for peaches that are fragrant and have a slight give when you press them gently.
  • Use fresh ginger: Fresh ginger has a more intense flavor than ground ginger. If you don't have fresh ginger, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking: The amount of honey or maple syrup you add to your milkshake is up to you. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
  • Make it a vegan milkshake: To make a vegan milkshake, use almond milk or soy milk instead of cow's milk, and omit the honey or maple syrup.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder: If you're looking for a protein-packed milkshake, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to the blender.

Conclusion:

Ginger peach milkshakes are a delicious and refreshing treat that are perfect for a hot summer day. They're also a good source of vitamins and minerals, thanks to the peaches and ginger. So next time you're looking for a healthy and satisfying snack, give this ginger peach milkshake recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
