1 small onion, chopped
2 packages (10 ounces each ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
