- 1. Preheat oven to 175 Celsius or 350 Farenheit. Grease a 13x9 pan or just spray with PAM
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- 3. Mix until well combined then give it a few extra beats to develop the gluten in the flour and make the brownies a little more chewy
- 4. Pour into pregreased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. You want them to still be a little "uncooked" to the eye because they will continue to cook a little when you remove them from the oven. Be careful you don't mistake a melted chocolate chip for the batter still being uncooked!!!
